We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 7 days for a full refund or 30 days for store credit or an exchange. Please read "Returns" below for more information.


We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.


Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will do our best to keep you up to date with the status of it's arrival to the shop.


If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can bring it to our store and we can figure out how to help you out. All bike sales are final but we'll help you out with any warranty issues with bikes and products. 

We stand behind our products and repairs which also means admitting when something goes wrong. If you have any issues, the easiest thing to do is come into the shop.
