PLEASE NOTE: Bike fitting times are by appointment only. Please contact us for availability.

We offer personalized bike fit services for all cyclists. If you want to increase your comfort, boost your performance, and lower your risk of injury, then we're here to help. Whether you're purchasing a new bike or experiencing an issue with an existing bike, we recommend getting in touch to schedule your bike fit.

Who Should Get Fit?

A fit benefits amateur and experienced cyclists alike. Even small adjustments to your saddle, handlebars, shoes, and controls can make big differences in both your comfort and performance. Our experienced fit professionals will help you find your best position possible with the equipment you have, as well as suggest changes and recommend upgrades.

What If I Have A Mountain Bike or Aero/Tri Bike?

Mountain bike riders will also definitely benefit from a bike fit! Your position directly relates to how your bike handles on the trail and impacts how long you can be comfortable on long days in the saddle. We also offer advice about your suspension set up, which is a key factor that impacts your speed and comfort.

If you have an Aero/Tri Bike, a fit is as important as the bike itself. They often require speciality equipment and knowledge to service or adjust. An experienced bike fitter can provide feedback to help you achieve an powerful and more aerodynamic position while preventing injury.

Aero bike fits take a bit more time and can require ordering speciality parts, so it's best to schedule your fit long before your upcoming event/race!

What Should I Expect?

During the course of a bike fit, we will examine every element of your current bike position and equipment. We will measure your sit bones to determine whether you are on an appropriately sized saddle, examine your handlebar width, stem length, and seat position. You should expect to spend at least an hour with us. Although we will be looking for certain key indicators of a healthy cycling position, your feedback throughout the fit is crucial as well! Certain things will feel different to each rider, and it's our job to make sure you feel amazing on your bike. However, we also recommend that you're open to trying new things and give your body at least 2 weeks to adapt to any changes.

When you arrive for your fit, we recommend that you bring your typical cycling clothes including padded shorts/bibs, shoes, and a cycling jersey. Your bike should also be clean and in good working condition. If it's not, then it's a great time to schedule a tune up!
